This helpdesk solution is provided to the clients of Visionary Enterprises to allow them to easily submit trouble tickets if they are experiencing any problems with our service.

Clients can access their submitted tickets and check the current status of those tickets.

Clients will be updated through email about their submitted tickets.

Approved clients will be able to access their Maintenance records online. This will allow clients to browse their remaining maintenance hours as well as how hours were spent. Printable reports of this actiivity will also be accessible.

Approved clients will be able to access their Project information through this helpdesk. This will allow clients to check the status of their projects and the specific status of each phase of the project. Printable reports of each project activity will be accessible as well.

Multiple accounts can be attached to specific domains. This will allow multiple employees to setup their own accounts and access the same domain name information (i.e. Sally and Jimmy both work at VisionaryWeb. Each can setup an account using their individual email accounts to access the visionaryweb.com domain information).
