Visionary Web, located in Wabash Indiana, recently completed a project for the Indiana Council for Animal Welfare. The ICAW, based in Indianapolis, Indiana is a non-profit organization whose mission is to protect and preserve the animals of Indiana, and safeguard the rights of responsible animal owners and professionals through education and sound legislative actions.
